Design solutions are offered by the site topography itself. The contoured site has been utilised to its maximum by the play in levels of various blocks.
The lounge at the ground floor of the main block flows into a spill out space (also the terrace of the second block) - caricatured as a common relaxation spot and seating area for both the buildings. The orientation of the buildings allows the rooms and the recreational spaces to get a breathtaking view of the cascading mountains.
Major areas like the banquet hall, restaurants and bar, conference rooms have been planned in the first block towards the site entrance. While, the lower levels of contours have been sealed for block of spa- sauna, gym with an infinity pool flowing over its terrace. Deluxe rooms and suites have been divided between two blocks. Cottages have been assigned a private space away from the building blocks with better views and near the recreational zone.

Commitment to sustainability is integrated into the design. The outdoor green terraces and connecting pathways help in improving the microclimate along with enhancing the overall user experience. Use of locally available materials ( brick and stone), shingle roof structure, and respecting site conditions by segregation of built masses are conscious efforts made towards the promotion of sustainable architecture.
